1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website www.4cylinder.com or renting a vehicle from Four Cylinder Car Rental, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Rental Eligibility
To rent a vehicle, you must: be at least 21 years of age, hold a valid UAE driving license or an internationally recognized driving license, provide a valid Emirates ID or passport, pay a fully refundable security deposit of AED 1,500.
3. Booking & Reservations
All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. A booking is confirmed only after receiving a confirmation from Four Cylinder Car Rental via phone, WhatsApp, or email. We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Payment Terms
Full rental payment is required at the time of vehicle collection. We accept cash and bank transfer. A refundable security deposit of AED 1,500 is required and will be returned upon vehicle inspection at the end of the rental period.
5. Vehicle Use
The rented vehicle must only be used by the authorized driver listed in the rental agreement. The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities, racing, or off-road driving unless specifically permitted. The vehicle must not be taken outside the UAE without prior written permission.
6. Insurance
All vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance. However, the renter is responsible for any damage caused due to negligence, reckless driving, or violation of traffic laws. Any traffic fines or violations incurred during the rental period are the full responsibility of the renter.
7. Fuel Policy
Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel. The vehicle must be returned with a full tank. If not returned full, a fueling charge will be applied.
8. Delivery & Collection Service
Four Cylinder Car Rental offers doorstep delivery and collection across Abu Dhabi including Khalifa City, MBZ City, Musaffah, Baniyas, Shamkha, Shawamikh, Shakboot, and Riyadh City. Delivery charges may apply depending on location.
9. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 24 hours before the rental start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental start date may be subject to a cancellation fee.
10. Damage & Accidents
In case of accident or damage, the renter must immediately notify Four Cylinder Car Rental at +971 55 737 2121. The renter must not leave the scene of the accident without obtaining a police report. Repair costs for damages not covered by insurance are the responsibility of the renter.
11. Late Returns
Vehicles must be returned on the agreed date and time. Late returns will be charged at the daily rental rate for each additional day or part thereof.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.
